1. Who Are You and What do You Do?
We are people who believe sending wine should be easy and fun. We are the mechanism by which YOU can say "Thank You" with wine.

2. Why only a limited selection of wine? Can I pick a specific type?
We wanted to start with simple. We get caught up in the "complicatedness" of saying "Thank You" that it limits us, so we thought we'd start with the simple. We do make exceptions for reccuring or standing orders. Email info@sendabottle.ca to find out more. But really, you should trust us.

3. What is included in the "Vancouver Area" and why just Vancouver?
We needed to start somewhere, and it was most cost-effective for us to start in Vancouver. When we say Vancouver, we mean Vancouver Proper. Click here for a map.

4. What does the wine get delivered in? Is your logo all over it? 
The basic packaging (i.e. no "wine bag and tissue") will come with raffia bow around the neck (click here for picture) and tag saying who it's from on your desired "tag type." If it's in a wine bag and tissue, it will look like this. We want it to be as much about you as possible, so our logo/identification will be limited to a small sticker on the top of the bottle.

5. How soon will my wine get there?
We will deliver the wine within 4 business days of being ordered. If you require it quicker, shoot us a note and we can likely adjust.

7. Is this legal?
The BC Liquor Control Act outlines that delivery services such as Personalized Creations are able to ship Alcohol and Spirits (i.e. beer, wine and liqueur) included in a gift presentation within the province of British Columbia to recipients over the age of 19. All alcohol is purchased once the order is received at a licensed Liquor Store and therefore not stored on premises. The liquor board prices are billed to the client including a nominal “pick up” fee.

We currently send: Jackson Triggs, Fetzer Vineyards, Blasted Church, Peller Estates, Cono Sur and more!
